How It Works
Step 1 - Select the suitable package of logo design for you.
When you want to have a new logo, please go to our packages’ page to select the right package with suitable price for yourself. We offer 3 different design packages which are different in the content of project and the number of concepts as well as revisions. Each package has its related design options. The higher price of packages will include more design options, such as customized business stationery of your logo. Meanwhile, we also offer many other design options which are separated from our packages. But the logo design package is where you’ll want to start. If you know that you eventually need business cards, you’ll save time and money by choosing a package which includes stationery design with your logo.
Once you select a package, we’ll collect your contact and billing information. Based on these information, our design consultants will monitor the design process and personally contact you if there is any difficulties. In addition, you can contact us by telephone, online chat, or email with any questions about your project.
Step 2 - Complete the creative brief.
After we confirm your order. You are required to answer the questions on a creative brief. This creative brief would help us to understand you, your business, the purpose of the logo, and your logo preferences. Based on our rich experience of logo design and professional design skills, we have full confidence to work out a logo that represents your business purposes, and appeals to both you and your customers in terms of color, style, and overall feel.
Submit the creative brief. If you have any questions about the creative brief, don’t worry. You can contact us for help. Meanwhile, One of our design representatives will review your work and contact you via telephone or online chat if he or she finds any problems on it. No matter whatever you do, please make sure that you complete and submit the creative brief because we will not assign designers to start your logo project until you complete the brief.
After you sign up, you will be able to use your e-mail address and password in the top right corner of our home page to log into your account. After your login, you’ll be taken to Project Central where you can track the status of all projects. Your new project will be listed in Project Central, and your initial logo concepts will be ready there for your to review .
Step 3 - View and comment on original logo concepts.
Your initial logo concepts will be available for viewing through your Project Central account within just 3 business days.
You’ll get logo concepts as many as what it says in the package your ordered. In addition, sometimes designers will provide an extra concept for free, and the extra logo concept will be labeled as “Extra Composition 1,” “Extra Composition 2,” etc. Sometimes, designers will make comments on their designs to help you understand why they chose to illustrate a logo in this particular way.
Step 4 - View and comment on logo revisions.
Once you choose an initial logo concept, we’ll ask you to complete a revision brief in order to guide our designers to do modifications with a clearly understanding. The revision brief includes what changes you want to make on the concept. The specific comments will help our designers to meet your needs correctly and quickly.
You’ll see revisions of the logo which you selected within 2 business days after you complete the revision brief. Once you submit the revision brief, you can log into Project Central to see the exact time and date you can expect your revisions to be done.
During makiing comments, you are welcome to contact your account manager for assistance. Your account manager will be your personally assistant in the whole process of making a logo, Share ideas together.You can even schedule a meeting with your design team at a time that suits you.
If you order the Gold package or anything above, you can enjoy unlimited revisions . Most of the time, we are able to get the right logo within 2 revisions. But no matter how long it takes, we’ll remain lively and patient.
Step 5 - Get your final logo.
After you finalize your logo, we’ll immediately format it for you to download directly, so you can use it right away. Or, you can contact your personal account manager who will gladly take care of all your printing needs by utilizing our high quality printing services.
